The Group’s strategic objectives revolve around four priorities:
Developing mining activities and optimizing national potential by developing new commercial strategies for new products, valorized and enriched products aimed at new customers, or even new markets, by establishing strategic partnerships, implementing Mining Master Plans and acquiring mining equipment.
Valorizing mining products through innovation, developing downstream activities, promoting local processing and reducing imports by promoting exports through an adapted commercial strategy in addition to the valorization of mining waste and residues.
Improving the governance and organizational efficiency of the Group and its subsidiaries by implementing an efficient organization and management policies in terms of information systems, control, management, audit, digitization and R&D, developing a communication strategy and a code of ethics as well as a good governance charter, in addition to implementing CSR.
Mobilizing and developing human capital, an essential driver of collective performance, by equipping the Group with skills and preparing the next generation, implementing training plans adapted to the Group's professions, establishing an attractive and motivating compensation system, and ultimately building a team of experts.
