ORGM

The Office of Geological and Mining Research (ORGM) is a Public Joint-Stock Company, and a subsidiary of SONAREM industrial mining group. It is dedicated to the exploration, evaluation and management of the mineral resources across the national territory.

Its primary mission is to identify and valorize the mining potential of different regions, by providing its partners — mining companies, public institutions and economic operators — with reliable and comprehensive geological data to optimize the exploitation of natural resources.

ORGM conducts all the studies necessary for the development of mineral deposits, from geological mapping to the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of mineral substances. This integrated approach is based on proven scientific expertise and high-level human and technical resources.

Endowed with modern equipment and multidisciplinary teams, the company conducts in-depth geological studies, including the collection of georeferenced samples, the execution of exploration works (drilling, trenches, wells and excavations), as well as laboratory analyses allowing for rigorous interpretation of the data collected.

Thanks to the use of cutting-edge technologies and advanced investigation methods, ORGM is able to accurately identify mineralogical, geochemical and geophysical anomalies, leading to the discovery and characterization of indexes, deposits and ores.
